  5.  The following are REQUIRED RGSNet EchoMail Conferences:

  7. RGS_ADMI         This is a PRIVATE Conference which is only available to nodes
  8.                  of RGSNet.  This conference will be used for the development
  9.                  of The Renegade Support Network.  This should be listed in
  10.                  your configurations as "sysop-only"!  This Echo Mail
  11.                  Conference is ONLY for RGSNet Development Information and
  12.                  should not be used for anything else.

  264.                  Renegade sysops in realizing the full potential of their
  265.                  software.  If it's about Renegade, or Renegade utilities, or
  266.                  configuring the use of utilities to function with Renegade,
  267.                  it's "on topic."  Discussions concerning HEX editing are not
  268.                  only "on topic", but encouraged.  Pipe codes are allowed.
